YEJ2系列電磁制動(dòng)三相異步電動(dòng)機(jī)
YEJ2系列電磁制動(dòng)電動(dòng)機(jī)是YEJ系列的改進(jìn)產(chǎn)品，符合國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)JB/T6456 2010要求，電氣性能滿(mǎn)足YE2系列電機(jī)技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
該系列制動(dòng)電動(dòng)機(jī)是在電機(jī)非拖動(dòng)軸端裝有電磁制動(dòng)器，當(dāng)電機(jī)失電時(shí)，電磁制動(dòng)器的制動(dòng)盤(pán)自動(dòng)與電機(jī)后蓋壓合，產(chǎn)生摩擦制動(dòng)力柜，使電機(jī)停轉(zhuǎn)，空載制動(dòng)時(shí)間隨機(jī)座號(hào)由小到大，為0.15~ 0.45S.制動(dòng)器電源必須拖動(dòng)電機(jī)。電源同步進(jìn)行。YEJ2 系列電機(jī)廣泛應(yīng)用于機(jī)械加工機(jī)床和輸送機(jī)械及包裝、杠食品、化工、紡織、建筑、商店、卷門(mén)等機(jī)械作為驅(qū)動(dòng)力。
YEJ2series electromagnetic brake three-phase asynchronous motors are improved products of YEJ series,it is in accordance with JB/T6456- 2010 requirements,and its electrical performance is in accord with YE2 series technical standard.The electric power of the controller should be synchronized with the electric power of the motor.The electric motors are equipped the electromagnetic brake on the non-shaft end,when electricity off, retarding disc will automatically press in end-shield which produce friction brake torque and stop the running of motor,the no-load brake duration is changed with the frame size of the motor,the range is 0.15-0.45 seconds. This kind of motor is considered as the driving force of various machinery and widely used in mechanical workout machine tool,transport machinery, package ,woodworking, food,chemical engineering.textile.construction,shop,roll door machinery.
